DETAILS
Service Fees: Supervisors and executive chef are paid at a rate
of $30/hr each. Servers and bartenders are paid at a rate of $25/hr each.
They arrive approximately two (2) hours prior to the affair
and will remain one (1) hour after the affair to ensure
proper
clean-up and trash removal. Minimum five (5) hrs service required for each
job.
Bar Set-up Includes: Ice, all mixers,
juice and bar condiments. Additional bar options are available.
Rentals: We'll help you with linens, flatware, china and glassware
or any other rental item you may need. We can also supply high quality
paper goods. Rentals will be prices separately for your affair.
Flowers & Themes: Infinity can provide magnificant floral arrangements
and theme centerpieces for your special affair. Florals will be prices
separalely.
Policies: A non-refundable deposit of 25% will reserve your
date. The balance due for all services is payable in full the date
of the
affair. Affairs are subject to PA sales tax of 7%. Cancellations one (1)
week prior to function only. Any cancellation made later will result in
a 40%
charge. Final guest counts must be given by 5 PM, 5 days prior to each
affair.
